Recipes from Ingredients You Have
New free recipes tomorrow. Track your meals in the GymLog AI app.

Search by ingredient, not by recipe
Classic recipe sites start with the dish and hand you a shopping list. Standing in front of the fridge at night, you have the opposite problem: the ingredients are there, the dish is missing. This tool starts from what you have and marks every ingredient as available or to add.
How to enter your ingredients
Results are most accurate when you combine photo and text: the photo shows your fridge, the text field lists pantry items like rice, pasta or canned food. Amounts such as “4 eggs” or “250 g ground beef” help with servings and nutrition. Salt, pepper, oil and spices are assumed to be available.
Example ingredient lists
| Input | Possible direction |
|---|---|
| Eggs, spinach, feta, tomatoes | Omelette or shakshuka-style dish |
| Rice, chicken, bell pepper, onion | Rice skillet |
| Pasta, tuna, tomato paste | Pasta with tuna tomato sauce |
| Oats, quark, banana | High-protein porridge or overnight oats |
The table only shows possible directions – the actual recipe depends on the goal you pick. More on how it works in the fridge-to-recipe tool.
