      Quick answer

The AI recipe generator detects ingredients in a photo or list and creates a recipe with total time, servings, amounts, steps and calories and macros per serving. Two recipes per day are free.

      What the generator returns

Every result includes a recipe title, total time, number of servings, an ingredient list with amounts marked “have” or “add”, three to seven steps and calories, protein, carbs and fat per serving. It also lists the foods detected in your photo.

      How it differs from chatbots

General chatbots return recipes as plain text, often without nutrition. This generator is built for one job: it returns a structured recipe with nutrition, follows your goal and flags missing ingredients. No sign-up needed, and photos and ingredients are not stored.

The AI ignores instructions written in the image or ingredient list and only processes food. If nothing edible is visible, it returns no recipe.

      Your goal shapes the recipe

With High protein (preselected) the AI prioritizes protein sources like eggs, quark, meat, fish or legumes. Low calorie focuses on volume and satiety, Quick on 20 minutes or less. More tips in the fridge-to-recipe tool.

      Cooked it? Track it.

GymLog AI logs meals via photo, voice or chat – with daily targets for calories and macros.
